HX Expeditions has unveiled its 2028/29 season, comprising 57 voyages across 14 destinations, including 26 new itineraries. Polar highlights include a new 19-day Antarctica & South Georgia itinerary, and an In-Depth Antarctica, Falklands & South Georgia Expedition departing from Stanley—marking the first time in over a decade a major operator has used the Falklands as a gateway to Antarctica. Svalbard sees HX's largest-ever programme with 23 departures extending into September, while Arctic Canada gets a new 19-day Baffin Island circumnavigation attempting the rarely sailed Fury and Hecla Strait.
Greenland's offering expands with a new eight-day Disko Bay itinerary and existing Garden of Greenland voyages, creating programmes from 8 to 15 days. Nine new Ocean Crossing voyages will connect Arctic and Antarctic regions via the Atlantic and Pacific, including Equator crossings. The season also introduces HX's first dedicated Scandinavia programme aboard MS Spitsbergen, covering the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Bothnia for the first time. Full itinerary and booking details are available via HX's website.
