HX Expeditions has announced a set of guest experience upgrades across its fleet, including a personalised pre-departure digital package, a new onboard app rolled out on MS Fridtjof Nansen, MS Roald Amundsen, MS Fram and MS Spitsbergen, a 24/7 Grab & Go dining station on three ships, plus new spa treatments, skincare products and travel bags available on board. These changes apply to ships sailing in both polar and other regions, including Arctic and Antarctic itineraries.
Alongside these enhancements, HX is running two limited-time offers from 1 September 2026: an extra 5% off cabins and 10% off suites on selected departures between October 2026 and March 2028, covering Arctic and Antarctic voyages, and a flight promotion for its Arctic Norway Northern Lights itinerary, offering free or discounted flights for bookings made by 31 January 2027 in selected European markets.
