HX Expeditions has extended its 'Greenland Promise' booking guarantee to cover all Greenland sailings in its 2027 programme, in addition to 2026 departures. The promise applies to dedicated East and West Greenland voyages as well as broader itineraries featuring the destination. Under the policy, if HX cancels a sailing or a guest's government advises against travel, guests can transfer to another voyage, receive a 20% Future Cruise Credit, or request a full refund.
Alongside this announcement, timed to Greenland National Day, HX launched a four-part YouTube series called 'Kalaallit: Portraits of Greenland', featuring local Greenlandic voices discussing culture and community life. HX says it remains the largest expedition cruise operator in Greenland by passenger numbers, having carried over 2,500 guests there in 2025, and continues to support youth programmes in the region through its charitable foundation.
